Easy 5 today. Felt surprisingly good given Mill Cities being yesterday. No fatigue or soreness. Faster than I normally run morning runs.
Felt the plantar a bit in the beginning, and then here and there after that. Did a couple rounds of eccentric heel drops after the run, and hoping to try out the mobo after work today. Recovery week this week so I think that'll help my plantar adapt, and with it I'll try to start up some foot strengthening work.
