Shorter run with Jake today before the race tomorrow. Went kinda fast but it felt fine. Jake went really fast at about 3.5 miles and I kinda went with him but backed off after remembering what was yesterday and what was tomorrow. He slowed down after half a mile. Kinda random, had something to do with him feeling good about the race. We are running Manchester tomorrow, except the one in NH. I think I'd like to go to the real Manch road race next year.
