Notes
Took today completely off. I had a ton of trouble sleeping last night. I could not breathe through my nose at all despite all my nose blowing. Went to bed at ~8:30, probably didn't fall asleep until past 12 and still woke up a couple times past that.
Sore throat is much less but the phlegm and nose blowing is a lot more. Off and on light headache too, although thankfully not a fever. Needed to really take it easy today. The sickness is progressing quickly it seems like (just sore throat --> sore throat + phlegm --> more phlegm less sore throat) so hopefully it will be out of my system in another couple of days.
