Keeping the running train rolling. PT said 40mpw is good so went for 6 (5x6 + 10 long = 40). Did PT beforehand. Felt the achilles a little more than yesterday. 3/10 to start, down to 2/10 for the rest of it. So a good bit more noticeable while running. But didn't get worse thankfully, stayed at the same level and went down at beginning and again towards the end.
