Easy 25ish. Cadence again disappointing. Not sure what's up. I tried getting it up with some conscious effort but to no avail apparently. A flat 164 the entire run. I am anxious to do some strides and speed work which I've heard helps get your regular stride rate up. Gonna wait until I am running a bit more consistently before I start adding those in. Maybe in 2-3 weeks.
