Performance WO #12 - Compound B
Day off from work but still went in for lift. Had a little extra time so made sure I got things done. Full warmup + lift + barbell calf raises. Decided to hold off on pull-ups til tomorrow, ideally I'd like them and push-ups to be their own workout from now on. Will see if I can stick to that. Everything else good. I should probably go up in weight for most things.
