Nice easy run with Kate at Mines. It was quite hot but being in the shaded trails made it much nicer. I was a little worried about the calf, because I could feel it throughout the day, and at the start of the run it wasn't great, but it quickly went away. In fact, it felt fantastic after the run, as if the run really helped it. I am still a bit uneasy about it, and need to start doing more soon. I really need to fix my time problem too, so I can get more sleep, because that will be my best tool for recovery.
