Easy run with Jake. Felt significantly better this run. As in, starting out was pretty easy, took only two much more comfortable strides, then I felt really good at the pace we were doing. And I did very little stretching beforehand, and only stretched/rolled two or three times earlier in the day. I think the consistent lower volume is helping a lot. Going to continue stretching/rolling as I see fit, do another 5 miles tomorrow, and I should be ready to rock and roll on Sunday. Then after the marathon I'm hoping it isn't too much worse for wear, and then close to a week off potentially will clear up the rest of the problems.
