I am still feeling the lift from Thursday, and was also not mentally feeling up to the long run. So short easy run this morning. Felt a little sluggish but not too bad. If I feel good later I will go for another short run. I'd still like to hit 50. But if I'm not feeling it no big deal either. Better that I prioritize my recovery.
