ran an 8x300 workout to get some speed in my legs. was windy along the backstretch and wanted pure speed, not wind resistance, so started at 200 meter mark and ran 300s from there, ending at the end of the first turn. was supposed to have odds be at 56 and evens be at 50, but most of my slower ones were too fast, but i guess its okay cuz that'll only make me faster. for the last 300, i ran the first 100 at my usual 4:30 pace, then the last 200 at 85 to 90 % effort, so the 46 aint too shabby
