ran a progression run on the 7.5 mile veterans/bellflower/reynolds loop, felt okay, ate a heaping plateful of raviolli and 2 slices of pizza an hour before the run, so my stomach felt a little off, and my legs were definitely a bit tired, but all in all i felt pretty good.
