was going for 5 flat pace, but got 5:08. I think the combination of the failed start and the warm air, which made me wheeze the whole tempo, made me run so slow. I literally felt like i was sprinting and my head was leaning back the entire time. it felt like a sustained sprint rather than a very upbeat run, like it was supposed to feel like. If i redid this run in a week or so i gaurentee id' be faster. Also, may want to work in some moe speed work to help out. Possibly a 4x400 workout coming up soon?
