ran a tempo/interval workout in pinegate. it was windy on certain streets, which slowed me down a bit. But the workout was actually fairly tough, i probably would have run much faster on a track, but i like running road intervals to simulate road races. Mostly i think the times were a bit slow cuz my legs are tired from the increasing mileage + the upbeat paces every day, so im going to take one or 2 lower mileage weeks after this one, and then start building up again.
