Great race, it does not get any better when you get to run in Central Park and Times Square in New York City. Very hot day and it was a tough run. Park was very hilly as usual but I felt good coming out of the park and started to push the pace but I could not hold the pace below 7 mpm. I gave it a 100% effort though. For the conditions, it was a great day.
It was also great to run with the SWG running team. Everyone finished and more importantly everyone was fine.
It was great to hear Lexi (Tim's daughter) yell hi KB while I was running by Times Square!! : )
