EZ warm up with Brad...Glad I did, then we ran the Log Cabin loop...Sun came out and turned up the heat and humidity...Good run, Jerry, Will, Glenn, Brad, The Wand and Rob were all along for some of it or all of it...Really good run, felt good, ran good, glad for the warm up...
