Great day to run a Half Marathon in Huntington...Cool temps at the start warmed up just enough to make it a comfortable run...Ran with a group doing 9 min splits and we were right on time the whole way...Mostly flat course made it pretty ez to keep us on pace...Had great fun and finished with TLC in The Joan...

It was a blast...Had a good group to start and picked up some strays including your own Kathleen from HTG...What a nice little runner...Had a great time and the day got better and better...How was the tempo last night?

Actually didn't do a tempo. Just doing trail and easy running for now! Trying to make it as easy as possible on the 'ol legs during my quest for 100 mpw.
