Slow start fast finish...Cool and not humid for this mornings run...Laurie, Rich, Kristi, Hiedi and Steve all set out to Ridenour to start this run, we then dropped Hiedi and Steve off making the turn for the bridge...Pace got quicker and quicker to a good stron finish...Good day to run and felt just fine...
