Ran a little warmup before 5...Felt a little tight for the 1st few miles, but got warmed up and loosened up after a bit...Ran thru KC with Tommy, Nick, JR, Brad, Sarah and Andy...We were kind of all over the map with pace but it was a great evening to be out...Enjoyed every mile of it...
