12 x 440 with 50 yd walk in between felt a little under the weather last day or two and i think that affected my run here since i wasnt able to pick up in the last couple laps, my throat was tight and my legs felt like concrete so all things considered, i was pretty happy with my times which were very consistent.

85, 84, 85, 84, 84, 82, 84, 84, 85, 84, 86, 84 randy pulled away from me on the final 3 laps

then i looked back at 364 days ago when i did the same workout on the same track and times were

81, 87, 89, 90, 88, 91, 89, 87, 88, 92, 89, 87

so now i feel much better about my times!
