marathons suck, i didnt really enjoy this. afterwards i went to the car and spent about 40 minutes at about mile 25.5 cheering people on, that was infinately more fun than the preceeding 3 and half hours.

10 Km: 44:52 Pace: 7:14

felt good at the beginning, a few fast miles but they were downhill, running with pace group but started to feel like they were going to fast around mile 8 so i backed off them. slowed a little too much, went back to race pace and started to feel tight in my abs/stomach. around mile 14 the 315 group caught me, conboy suggested i ditch my beverage which i did and to relax and take it easy on the big hill in front of us which i did but my gut didnt loosen up. around mile 17 i stopped and pee-d, a decent amount of pee relatively clear
randy was on the bike and was with me from mile 21 until the crowds at the finish line, around mile 22 i started to pick it up was feeling good again then by 23 my left leg wsa really tight, so i walked a bit, had some orange slice and gummy bears and that helped, got going again, felt ok at the end. really overall i was just done with it, didnt want to be there anymore after about mile 16 or 17.
