met rufus at 6a for 12 miles. legs felt tired for most of this. wanted to go GMP which is 7:12 for most of the run but didnt pick it up to that until the last 4.77 miles, pace in those was 714, 704, 716, 710 and 649, need to find some rest in the next two weeks so i dont feel like this at OC marathon
