really windy but still a fun first day of our trip. dropped off the kids a little late but had the mountain to ourselves. met john & lisa shaw for lunch at mccoy. took a break to spy on finn at his snowboard lesson, he did great and loved it. wanted mia to do the all day ski school but she wasnt in to it. last run was with Steve Carney after his lesson, he is starting to get it. started and ended at main lodge due to child care. some wind blown powder here and there.
