met Frank & Gisele at 530a to do 10 miles including some hill repeats, Frank planned the route and underestimated the distance to the hills we were going to run so by the time we go there it was time to turn back so no major hills involved. Felt much better than saturday, still not 100% with this cough i am fighting but i didnt feel completely depleted like on sat and didnt cough up a piece of my rib cage like i did post run on saturday.
