have been fading in these workouts lately but this time got stronger as i went (like you are supposed to) which pumped me up. 1 mile, 2x800 then 4 x400. this track is a 440 track though so all those distances end up being longer. my mile was 533 but i finished the 4th lap in 602. 880s - 302, 258, 440s - 127, 126, 126, 119. pretty happy with pushing down to 119 after a long workout. ran with Pat and he blew me away in the mile and the first 880 but i caught him in the next 880 and beat him in 3 of the 4 440s, we pushed each other to the strong finish on the last one, nothing better than running with someone around your speed waking up my competitive nature to push me to a better time. it was pretty cold out there, my hands were numb at the end.
