didnt feel that fast today, didnt feel like i had the extra gear in these short sprints but then i went and compared my times and i was consistently faster that previous times i have done the same workout so i feel pretty good about that
13 x 300 with 50 yard recover walk
57, 57, 55, 54, 57, 58, 56, 56, 59, 59, 58, 58, 55
in sept my times were
64, 63, 58, 63, 59, 59, 64, 60, 63, 61, 60, 57, 55
and 4 weeks ago my times were
64, 63, 62, 61, 60, 60, 59, 57, 58, 56, 55
so a significant improvement :)
