No luck in covering more ground or running faster. It seems like 3 kilometers and four-hunerd-and-some-meters is the maximum I can do right now in 15 minutes. I had the intention of setting 4 K/15 minutes as the goal, but, I believe 3.5 kilometers is a more realistic goal for now :-)
