Another day at the track. .75 warm up walk, then .5 running, .25 walk, .75 running, .5 walk (to get rid of a side stitch), .5 running, and just shy of a mile walking for cool-down. Half miles were dead even at 5:18 and the .75 was 8-something. Would have been faster but for a side stitch that ruined the third lap.
