14 X 100M repeats w/ 100M active recovery. Most of the snow has melted off of the high school track, sans two 10 foot stretches, but both were on the turns. That worked out well since I sprinted 100M on the straights, and ran the 100M turns as active recovery. Purpose was just to work on form and give the legs some turnover. Fun workout.
