6 X 800M w/ 2:00 static rest. Splits of 2:50, 2:59, 2:57, 2:58, 2:59, 2:56. Per taper plan, purpose was to give the legs some turnover but not burn them out by doing them at a 5k pace. First split was a bit too fast, but the rest were right where I wanted them.
