Comment: Great weather for a race! Felt pretty good most of race. Left knee (IT Band) is fairly sore. First mile took almost 8:45 minutes to run due to crowd. Times started improving from their. Goo worked well today. First Goo going into water station at mile 4 and second Goo going into Mile 9 water station.
