Osaka, Japan. Left calf had tightness that increased as the run went on. I stopped after a mile and stretched my calf and hamstring. It felt fine for the rest of the run and was completely loose during my post run stretch. An hour or so later the tightness returned.

Potential cause? Pushing it too hard during strength training. Not warming up slowly enough with tight muscles from strength training.

Fix? Wear calf brace for a couple of days. Attempt my scheduled 4 mi run on Mon to assess it' actual state. Revise training as a result of that run.
