Good work out. Though this used to be my recovery pace, however, today it felt like EZ pace. So I am putting it up as EZ. Ankle seems recovering fine. Legs were not complaining, but did feel as strong. It is snowing outside. Looks like this whole week would be just EZ/recovery pace for me. Glad to put up 65 minutes in one session, meaning that I am able to recover well, if not immediately. Will try to put some miles in evening and see how it goes. Watching news while while running on treadmill was terrible, forgot to breath deeply and properly.
