Notes

Legs were a bit achy for first 6 miles, after that it was 8:15 pace.

I feel like doing a 20 miler at slow pace, and tire myself for race, to avoid the pounding. If I survive this race, I will find a trail race. Last Hellyer race I was able to survive as I could run on the sides of trail for quite a bit of race.
