Notes

Tried to do repeat of yesterday, in spite of Jim gentle warning on pace and mileage. Felt good till run is finished, and then looked like my thigh was strained and I was limping. Thought since joints are still feeling good, it might be a good sign that muscles are breaking up and might get stronger with recovery. I am supposed to do intervals tomorrow, not sure.
