Energy of group helped here. If I were by myself, with leg hurting on previous day, would have just done EZ run. Pain was not there, spongy surface of track, great weather and other runners helped a lot. It was not all out effort, first lap was fast, 2nd was the slowest, and tried to finish well on the last lap of each mile - can't really say interval, as my pace was all over the place. Could I have done faster, may be. Good to talk to Nori and Geoff who just came to watch. Nori does one interval, one tempo and one hill repeat in a week with 35-40 miles per week. Hills are missing in my training, forget about hill repeats.
