Though I can't feel ankle pain walking, it was felt and things did not get better even after 4 miles.

Sane Voice - Should not try back to back runs.

Insane Voice - It is good to run little bit, keeps the blood flowing.

Sane voice - What about the Mantra 'Avoid injury at all costs'

Insane voice - This is possibly is not injury, as generally things get better, when you run more. Keep going a bit. You need to reduce weight; anything on your feet would help. I think you should try running after eating painkiller, this is just a little strain. Let's try painkiller tomorrow.
