Cataldi Park

Notes

Not sure what I wanted to do, started with putting some miles and keeping weight low. Knee is still the issue, and running intervals does take toll. Legs progressively felt better so just went by effort. It was dark by the end, still had lot of energy.

Glad that went to Cataldi Park, as one mile loop on perfectly level dirt, make it easier to have a rhythm and does not bother knee.

Splits were 8:26, 8:09, 8:02, 7:56, 7:43, 7:35, 7:34, 7:33, 7:24, 7:10. I was pushing after mile 4, but still had relaxed breathing.
