Notes

Legs felt little stiff in beginning, but last 3-4 miles were sub-8 and felt easy. For last 3-4 weekends, I have been doing much harder back to back run; I do not think it is a good idea, yet. Most of the time, I feel wiped out next day. I need to keep these apart 3 days. Today, I felt like I recovered well from Wednesday workout.
