Notes

After 7 mile run yesterday, I thought I was in decent shape. It felt easy for first mile, decided against going faster, may be another 5 K to experiment with, and go all out, to try break 20 minute. It appeared doable, as I was not breathing as hard as other runners. Ken lapped me, and he was not breathing harder either, one of very few runners looked calm.

Jim jogged after 2 miles at sub 7 pace. Overall, good confident booster race.
