Another great race for me, though the pace was almost 20 seconds slower than last weekend, I will take it, as a good quality work out. It was longer distance, from the splits it looked that I did not progressively slowed down. May be I did, as I have no idea about elevations during up and down. These were the splits 7:07, 6:39, 6:30, 6:47, 6:53.
