Notes

My first 10 mile race. Felt good after 10 mile of warm up. Decided not to chase Jim. Did the rookie mistake, went out with the feel, and was at first mile at 6:35, and going till 5 mile for 35:25 seconds. 10 mile distance felt good, as I did not feel winded or desperate, as there was no pressure to pace at a level where I breath hard. Overall good race, new racing flat might have helped too.
