6:14, 6:34, 6:34, and last 0.11 miles were sub 5 minute pace. It was hard effort, through out, followed Dino; though first mile was faster, I did not feel that way, but it was apparent that I was struggling to even keep up with him even at 20 seconds lower pace. Good race after the workout on Thursday evening and break on Friday. It was a bit hot.
