Legs were tired today.
Leg did not feel stringy at all during the ride. Around mile 37, the leg started to hurt but lower than usual. SItting did not bother the sit bone.
wore:
headband - face was numb for a few minutes, haha.. like being in the dentist
UA coldgear shirt and windproof jacket
tights, leg warmers and shorts
Felt a little warm. It started out at 39 and finished at 48 with a fair amount of wind. Sunny the entire day.
