3 x1k @ LT (GP 4:00-4:06) w/ 1 min jog
1 x 600m @CV (GP 2:17-20) w/ 400m jog
1 x 600m @V02 (GP 2:07-2:09) w/ 3 min jog
2 x 300m @R (GP 60) with 3 min jog
WO wasn't difficult but heel is getting really bad...wearing the boot to try and limit the pain
