During the NESCAC race me and the other alternates (Biz and Aldis) did a workout of 6x4 min oslerians (2 min @ 10K, 1 min @ 5K, 30 sec @ 3K, 30 sec lift) with 2 min recovery between each. It was fast and we kept up good paces throughout, being sure to really feel the changes between paces at each pick up. The cold weather felt great, and I was feeling fast.
