I did an average-ish day today on the first day of our camping trip up at Lewey Lake. Christopher joined me as I did 5 miles out on the only road there, and then 5 miles back to the campsite. The hills here (in the Adirondacks) were awful but I still held about 7:07 pace for the run and it didn't feel bad at all. The cooler weather was wonderful and I loved the change from scorching Chappaqua.
