Notes
It was colder today and grey, having been snowing overnight, but I had a really good run from work over to Muzy, then up next to the Parc de Grange, cutting over toward Amondolier, and then down through the park next to Florissant, through the Old Town, and back. Things were smooth, strong, and quick but super sustainable, and yet again the pace was excellent. I started pressing only slightly during the last mile and ran 6:00 flat, without even losing the 3-2 breathing. That's good to see. If this week is breaks 40 miles, perhaps next week I'll start with a steady state or two.
