Notes
I took an easier day today, yet because of the awful humidity and general heat it didn't feel too good for the most part. I did about 4.5 miles with a group (Emma, Daphne, Chris) and then 2 on my own. The group run felt bad, but when I started on my own I picked up the pace and actually started feeling much better.
