Notes

This was a solid but not killer workout, consisting of 4 min @ 10K pace, 3 min @5K pace, 2 min @ 3K pace, 1 min @ 1500m pace, and then back up again. Recovery was 2 min, 2 min, 90 sec going down, 4-5 min between sets, and then the reverse going back up (90 sec, 2 min, 2 min). We did the first set in groups and then the second was on our own, which was a really nice change and I felt great being able to set my own pace (and not being forced to hammer with Ford every time we saw girls). I actually felt pretty good today which was great, and the workout wasn't too bad at all (which is good because I hear tomorrow will be Plansky). I wore the Pirhannas today and they felt great.
