Average day at average intensity. Went out to the Vandoeuvres/ Cologny area for a really nice run this morning. Felt strong, not too tired from yesterday, and once I warmed up a bit I enjoyed the cool air. Was pleasantly surprised coming back along the lake how fast I was going - shame that my watch lost me for some of the run just before that. But the pace was right around 6:00/mi without pressing much at all. Neat.
